Ingredients
● 2 clean and diced nopales
● ¼ finely chopped onion
● Cilantro to taste
● 1 splash of olive oil
● 6 corn tortillas
● Sea salt and pepper

Elaboration
1. Water is boiled in a pot. The nopales are added and left in the boiling water for about 3-5 minutes.
2. In a skillet, sauté the onion in the oil. When the nopales are ready, they are strained and added to the pan.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. And finally add the coriander.
