Add the rest of the ingredients to the garlic, except water. Mix and then add water.<br \/>\n* Boil the mixture and simmer for about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>For the enchiladas:<br \/>\nStir-fry the tortillas or if you want to skip the oil, just heat them.<\/p>\n<p>Filling:<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd kg of nopales<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 medium onion<br \/>\n&#8211; Olive oil<br \/>\n&#8211; Salt<\/p>\n<p>Elaboration:<br \/>\nCut the onion into very thin slices, and medium canes the nopales.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a frying pan and once it takes a temperature add a tablespoon of olive oil. Saut\u00e9 the onions, then add the nopales and the pinch of salt.
