You don’t know what to prepare anymore? Write down the recipe and enjoy some delicious fish tacos with easy to prepare nopales. Here we tell you how to do them.

INGREDIENTS

For 4 people

  •  1 kg Fish fillet
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 4 Nopales baby, in cubes
  • 2 liters boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tomatoes in small cubes
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 12 Blue Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Grated Panela Cheese
  • Green Sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

PROCESS

  • Cut the fillets into small pieces and marinade in the orange juice with a little salt and pepper, for 20 minutes. Reservation.
  • Cook the nopales in a pot, with the boiling water and a pinch of grain salt. Drain and rinse with cold water. Reservation.
  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the onion, add the tomato and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes and add the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the nopales and cook for 1 more minute. Sprinkle dried oregano and remove from heat, let it warm.
  • Distribute the fish preparation over the hot tortillas and roll to form the tacos.
    Serve hot and accompany with the panela cheese and the sauce.
