Ingredients for 6 servings

• ½ kilo of tunas of a single color
•    1 liter of water
• ¼ of a kilo of sugar

• Peel the tunas and lick them with ½ liter of water; Add the other ½ liter and sugar.
• Blend all at moderate speed for 3 minutes.
• Strain into large filter bowl and place fresh water in a jar. If you need more sugar, add it.
